NO CANCELLATIONS MAY BE MADE ON A CUSTOM ORDER ;

When a custom order is placed, the lace manufacturers begin working on your unit.

Due to customization of your unit to specifically fit your head it may be difficult to find another client/customer to accept your specific measurements color preferences etc...

NO REFUNDS ON WORN WIGS:

There will be no refunds given on wigs that have been worn out of the salon.

Due to sanitary reasons under no circumstances shall monies be refunded.

Worn wigs may not be exchanged.

SERVICES:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the application of your unit please let the stylist know before leaving the salon. If a problem may occur afterwards contact the stylist within 24 hours of the time that the service was rendered. And also email sevices@honeylacewigs.com You will be contacted within 72 hrs of your complaint and hopefully an amicable agreement may be made. If for whatever reason no such agreement can be made a refund of your service fee may be given minus a 30% processing fee.

You will need to sign a written consent stating that you are accepting our refund offer. A refund will then be given of the services rendered minus the 30% processing fee. You may also be required to send an email confirming your acceptance of our policy. The processing fee will not be waived under any circumstances.

MAINTENACE:

Information given on this site about care and maintenance of your wig are collective materials that have been researched by our stylists, However the ending decision is yours on which or whether you choose to follow them or not.

We are not responsible for damages to your unit due to your negligence and improper care.

APPLICATION:

Upon applying your unit our stylist can only inform you of the pros and cons of a product. The choice to use any adhesive and/or remover is strictly up to you. We are in no way liable for any and all adverse reactions that may be caused by such use.
